Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

All classes must be booked through the official a4A YEG booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the selected class, pass, or membership is suitable for you.

2. No Refunds

All class, pass, membership, workshop, and program purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by a4A YEG. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or unused classes.

3. Class Cancellations & No-Shows

If you can no longer attend a booked class, you must cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled class time.

• Cancellations made 3+ hours before class will not count as a class used.

• Cancellations made within 3 hours of class will count as a used class.

• No-shows will count as a used class.

• Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

a4A YEG reserves the right to restrict future bookings for repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

4. Class Passes

Class passes are valid only for the number of classes and duration specified at the time of purchase.

• Classes must be used before the pass expiration date.

• Unused classes do not roll over after expiration.

• Passes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

• Passes may only be used for eligible regular weekly classes.

• Workshops, intensives, special events, and performance programs are excluded unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. 4-Class Monthly Pass

The 4-Class Monthly Pass includes 4 eligible classes per monthly pass period. Unused classes expire at the end of the applicable monthly period and do not carry over.

6. Unlimited Monthly Membership

The Unlimited Monthly Membership provides unlimited access to eligible regular weekly classes during the active membership period.

Unlimited membership does not include workshops, intensives, special events, private sessions, or performance programs unless otherwise stated.

Attendance is subject to class availability and studio capacity. Advance booking is recommended.

7. Membership & Pass Use

All passes and memberships are for the registered purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred.

a4A YEG reserves the right to cancel or suspend a pass or membership if it is found to be misused, shared, or used contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

8. Class Changes & Cancellations by a4A YEG

a4A YEG reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, modify, or replace a class, instructor, location, or schedule when necessary.

If a class is cancelled by a4A YEG, affected customers may receive a class credit, transfer, or other appropriate remedy at the studio's discretion.

9. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time and be ready to participate before the scheduled start time. Late entry may be restricted when it could disrupt the class or compromise safety. Late arrival does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit.

10. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected class. Please inform the instructor of any relevant limitations or concerns before participating.

Participants are expected to follow instructor directions and all studio rules. a4A YEG may ask a participant to leave a class if their behaviour creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the experience of others.

11. Minors

Participants under 18 years of age must have the required parent or legal guardian consent before participating. a4A YEG reserves the right to request proof of age or guardian authorization when necessary.

12. Studio Rules

Participants must respect the studio, equipment, instructors, staff, and other participants. Indoor dance footwear must be worn where required, and participants are responsible for keeping their personal belongings secure.

13. Media & Photography

a4A YEG may photograph or record classes, workshops, rehearsals, or events for promotional and social media purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that you may appear in such media unless you have communicated an applicable restriction to a4A YEG in advance.

14. Liability

Participation in dance classes and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, strains, and other injuries. Participants voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by a4A YEG and its instructors.

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. a4A YEG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

15. Changes to Terms

a4A YEG reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the a4A YEG website and will apply to future bookings and purchases.

By booking or purchasing from a4A YEG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
