Cancellation Policy

By booking, purchasing, or attending a class, workshop, program, or event with a4A YEG, you agree to the following: 1. Media Usage Classes and events may be photographed or recorded. By participating, you consent to a4A YEG using photos or videos containing you for promotional and marketing purposes. 2. Refund & Credit Policy All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Class credits may be issued at the discretion of studio management. 3. Cancellations Class cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time to retain your class credit. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the credit being forfeited. Classes may be cancelled by a4A YEG when minimum registration is not met; affected clients will be credited accordingly. 4. Personal Belongings a4A YEG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 5. Recording Policy Recording of classes or events is not permitted without prior approval from a4A YEG. 6. Behaviour & Safety a4A YEG reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. 7. Liability Participation in dance and physical activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you accept responsibility for your own safety and agree that a4A YEG, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except where prohibited by law. 8. Schedule Changes Class schedules, instructors, locations, and offerings may change when necessary. a4A YEG will provide notice whenever reasonably possible. 9. Communication Important updates may be communicated through our website, booking platform, email, or official a4A YEG Instagram account. Clients are responsible for checking these channels for relevant updates. 10. Acceptance By completing your booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
